Parallel zu meinen Wandbildern im öffentlichen Raum, arbeite ich seit Anfang der Neunziger auf Leinwand.

Iam working regulary in my style on canvas since the mid nineties. A mix of spraypaint, marker, fineliner, pens, and pencils.

Another Busy Week is over. The rainy weather is blockading me a little bit @ the Big Planet Mural in Cologne Bocklemuend, but i keep myself busy any how. Cutting a  few stencil for Bocklemuend aswell as the Rose Club Outside. My Homie Olli sended me fresh frontal pics of one my actual 2009 canvases.

The Berlin Newspaper “Berliner Zeitung” did a pretty personal feature about my background. at first i thought its maybe a bit too personal, considering the hiphop/graffiti/street/urban culture/ survival of he fittest subculture iam coming from. But fuck it.

Nike was sending me some love to have a proper start into this cold and dark time of the year. airforce1 premium. SInce there were talks at Nike to do a SEAK signature Sneaker, a Homie who back then worked for Nike brought me into the Friends for Nike Circle. 🙂 Besides a few well known Artists friend of mine, there are although Folks like Harris, Sido, Oliver Korritke…..

Regarding the Berliner Zeitung article, i will try o get a English translation and post it soon.

In case you are in germany/switzerland or austria make sure to get a copy of the HipHip Magazine JUICE.

They did in there current monthly issue a large Interview with me. ( i will double check with them, maybe they are cool, and i can post a translation here too.

Felix from Over collectibles in New Jersey send me a mail, announcing that my collecors cards are ready to Ship. As soon as i have sample`s i will post them.

The canvas of the card is done in Bolzano Tirol Italy for a art collector, on a castle of the Mount Everst Climber Reinhold Messner.

About the BMW Mini Project here more soon in between the next days.

Summer 2009: Nike Germany loves SEAK

Von Nike gabs mal wieder ein paar feine Päckchen aus Belgien. Silberfarbene Airmax, die mich an meine Belton Chromesilber Bombings ( schnelle Illegale Schriftzüge) mitte der 90ziger erinnern, und eine freshe Trainingsjacke.

Hatte mir die Sachen auf nikesportswear.com nach einer netten mail von Nike Duetschland herraus gesucht.

Vielen Dank in Richtung Nike Spiritroom Berlin.

SEAK`s Dunks for the Berliner Aidshilfe Swapp Charity

Durch Tom Bursian einen gemeinsamen Freund von mir und Timo Maas kam diese Anfrage rein.

Mit dabei sind ferner Peter Fox, Joy Denalane, Peaches, Karl Lagerfeld, und, und, und….. Einfach mal nach Skky Swap market googlen.

Die SB Dunks habe ich die letzten jahre immer wieder besonders gerne getragen, und waren ein Geschenk von Nike. Grösse übrigens: US14 und von mir signiert. Die Schnürsenkel sind leider nicht mehr Original, sondern von “The Good will out” hier in Köln.

the first time i became hooked into the whole Sneaker thing was thru the CoCurator of a Show i had in Portland Oregon. Someone in the Nike Headquarter thought SEAK would might like some brand new dunk low supreme`s. (really really rare, and super comfortable!!)

i think it was a year later when weve met here in Cologne thru a friend and ex graffiti writer the head guys of nike europe in Hilversum. a few meetings later the plan was to get a signature shoe.
well the show project never really became realized. But Nike didnt wanted to let me go either, being kinda friends now. In good company now with eisfeld, sido, harris, several very good artist friends of mine, oliver korritke, and other german hipsters: Please welcome the sneaker flatrate/crazy secret vip mansion partys/ invites to berlin!!

Der legendäre SEAK macht mal wieder was in der Mode & Fashion Szene. Diesmal kam die Anfrage von Nike Deutschland eine Windbreaker Jacke für den grossen Sportartikel Hersteller zu gestalten. SEAK hat sich für Designs entschieden die auf seiner typsichen klassischen Bild & Formsprache basieren. Liebe und Unterstützung von der Fashion Labels hat SEAK in den letzten Jahren immer wieder bekommen. Unvegresslich die vielen Fahrten mit dem Einkaufswagen durch das Hochlager von JMS in Mutterstadt bei Karlsruhe um sich mit Sir Benni Miles, Ecko, Southpole & Roca Wear Sachen ausrüsten zulassen. Dann die Anfrage von Puma ob SEAK sich vorstellen könnte etwas mit Schuhen zumachen. Die grosszügigen Pakete von Nike Berlin. Die schicken Streetwear Sachen von Marc Joines aus Nürnberg. Und dann gabs da noch Blacksmith aus Leverkusen, oder Gravis Europa. Achja und Eastpak natürlich, ebenfalls eine jahrelange Kooperation.
